wahhh hello hello <3 lovely to meet fellow members of the km community. i used to ship (or at least read fics for) namjin and sope, and even yoonmin on occasion (thank u jonghyunslisterine for the yoonminkook fic that converted me), but i've pretty much left those behind now (well....sope is complicated....i will detail in just a sec). i do have some fav dynamics (apologies for being so tinhatty it's an important part of my personal understanding of The Lore):

- kookmin!! u asked what makes them so special to me -- it's the way they treat each other, you can just tell how familiar they are, how in-tune ("we click" T__T), they are so in love and it's so precious to see....i could go on about them. like not to get ahead of ourselves but. i really think they're the closest thing to a match made in heaven

- vmin is a sweet dynamic but complicated, imo. i think the new, more mature, more serious kimtae can sometimes start to retreat into his shell a bit but jimin's always there to gently coax him back out. oomfs and i have discussed how we think kookmin getting together is what placed wedges between both taekook and vmin -- and it's no slight against kimtae, they obviously care about him (jimin i don't have to explain, it's obvious he loves kimtae a lot even if he spends most of his time with jungkook now; for jungkook, him reaching out in soop to become closer with tae again speaks to how he still wants to maintain their relationship, he still cares about preserving it + evidenced by recent clip of them wiping their ping pong paddles on each other like the old playful taekook....i cri). it's sad but it's natural, i think, for people to drift apart a bit. a lot of oomf discussion centered around how whenever kimtae mentions wanting to call jimin over during vlive and jimin is with jungkook, it's pretty obvious that he's a bit disappointed (more than a bit). about a month ago i said, "in a way kimtae is one of the most honest in the group abt his feelings regarding things so it reads like he's trying to tell us without directly saying so, because he can't actually reveal all." i think this still holds true. he can't exactly tell us everything but he's not trying to hide it either, is what i think.

- sope is also interesting to me. i said earlier that i don't ship it anymore, and yeah i don't (i was never intense about any ship except kookmin tbf), but i kinda always got the impression that it was like, romantically onesided? so to set the stage, i don't think i really need to but yknow, yoongi being pretty clear about not being straight is established lore. and then there are instances such as: during that one run ep where they were filming that dalbang dorm "drama," where hobi was leaning over yoongi or something, and all of a sudden he asks yoongi, "why are your ears all red?" and yoongi just kinda waves it off???? like what was that???? i kinda got the impression that yoongi may have liked hobi (in the past maybe, i can't speak for now) but hobi was just always super oblivious to it and not interested in yoongi that way. this one is really tinhatty i'm sorry lmfao

- yoonjin is very sweet to me....they are like domestic marrieds going on fishing trips and just indulging each other....something so romantic about that, regardless of the nature of their relationship yknow

- minjoon is very fascinating to me, because they're so sweet on each other by themselves, but there's also an added dynamic of jungkook constantly inserting himself between them. idk if this comparison will land but minjoon is so (nct) johnten in a way, except if there was somebody with a vested interest in making sure johnten stayed platonic the way jungkook seems to be about minjoon. like what has jungkook feeling so threatened? is it that he himself admires and looks up to namjoon so he's inherently a threat? was jimin interested in joon at one point, or is that the impression jungkook gets? bangtan dynamics unsolved methinks, alongside whatever sope has going on

- rapline is funny to me just cos of that time they had to sleep in the same bed and they no-homoed it by placing pillows between them....like truly comedy to me lmfao. also that one tweet using the ship dynamic stick figures meme for namgiseok, with two people making out saying, "we've lived together for ten years" and one person on the side going, "i have also lived with you for ten years"....like yeah that's them....cracks me up

- jinmin is really sweet to me because i feel like they confide in each other, or at least did in the past. jimin's usually the one listening to other ppl's problems but i think jin is rly there for him as the oldest and also being pretty calm-collected-approachable. i'm always thinking about how jimin described jungkook as his "happy pill" and said that once he was laughing at something jungkook said/did and jin said smth like "i think jungkook makes you laugh a lot/makes you happy." like that kind of line has to stem from a prior conversation, right? it's too out-of-the-blue not to be, is what i think. i personally think jimin confided (maybe still confides) in jin about jungkook specifically, if nothing else.

- namkook is interesting to me but also only in the context of the ongoing kookminjoon bangtan unsolved thing, and also that jungkook decided basically his entire career path upon witnessing guy-he's-never-met rapping that's kinda crazy but also he was like 13 so

i cannot think of any more but if i do i'll add to this....or u can ask me abt a dynamic specifically for more thoughts <3
